I just wanted to send you a quick email letting you know how pleased I am with the order I recently placed with your store.
First, I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. With all of the snow storms in Europe, as well as the heightened security here in North America, it still arrived on time.
Second, I was very happy with the packaging. I was worried that the item would arrive damaged, but there wasn't a mark on it. The shoe kit looks amazing!
Lastly, I was very impressed with the shipment tracking. Typically countries have their own tracking systems which don't usually integrate well with each other. Usually when I order something from Europe, tracking updates stop once the package leaves Europe. I was quite surprised to see that you linked into Canada's postal service to provide me with updates up until the day it was delivered to my door.
Anyways, I just wanted to let you know how I felt. I will definitely recommend your store to other people. If in the future I need some more products that you carry that I can't purchase here in Canada, I'll definitely return.
